It was my first time..the food was really good...the service was good as well..i would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends...

Best plate of curly fries you'll find! Not frozen or ready-to-cook, just real potatoes nice and greasy like home!

This place is way out yonder Warren. I actually drove from monticello to this place because of its reputation. I was not disappointed. The service was good, it had a robust Sunday crowd, and it was just pleasant to be there. The food is good country style, well priced, and just down right good. I even got a personal farewell from the owner on my way out. Not many places like this anymore.

Good food best desserts for price 😊

One of the best places in Warren to get a meal. Their breakfast is great, their burgers great, the tea is sweet, and the deserts taste homemade, though I think some of them are Cisco. Only complaint I have is their lunch plates aren't ever really anything I like but that's me, not them.

Bathrooms are tiny but a homey, eclectic environment with great southern style plate lunches and quick breakfasts.

Fish on Friday is good portions are small

Delicious home cooking and reasonably priced. Stopped for lunch while traveling and glad we did! We got the daily special, largest serving of meatloaf I've ever seen and 3 delicious sides. No choice on sides but that didn't matter to us since they were black eyed peas, greens and stewed new potatoes. Homemade desserts, too.

Great spot for b-fast! The bacon is 🔥them eggs is 💯 and those hot cakes 😍. Also the waitress is a QT 3.14159265 but alas she is spoken for.

Love it old time food

We were staying at Moro Bay State Park from Alabama and Texas (three families). We were looking for somewhere to go eat a farewell breakfast before departing home. This diner sounded interesting, but when we pulled up we were immediately glad we made that choice. Covered parking with antique cash registers lining the sidewalk along the front and vintage signs throughout. The building was original with a country home feel. The service was wonderful and the food was exactly what we were looking for! We arrived at 10:40 am and they were offering to serve lunch and breakfast as we liked. It was a 30 minute drive from the park and in the opposite direction that we were headed in, but well worth it! We hope to visit them again one day.

Packed completely full of people, a lot of people must like it. We had several servers and all seemed distracted. Granted there were a lot of people and I believe they were short staffed. but the food was amazing and the coffee was nice and hot. Just wish the servers were nicer.
